Vintage Noritake Trudy Tea Coffee pot, mismatch lid- Japan Ivory China silver

Description

The underside marks note this as “Noritake Ivory China, Japan 7087 Trudy.” From what I’ve read the Trudy pattern was available from 1971 to 1986. The blue décor along the top has a light surface texture and the white décor that is over that has a more raised, embossed feel to it.
I haven’t found a lid like this with a round finial on any other examples and fit isn’t exactly perfect. I’m assuming this is not the original lid here. It sits in the opening to cover heat/steem from escaping, but has some sliding too. Even so, it’s a beautiful piece of china in shape and details.
Condition: Excellent, only light wear from standard use. No chips, cracks, fleabites anywhere on the piece. Really a great looking piece that likely didn’t see much use, if any.
