vintage bulova clock RARE VIGORAL advertising scalp treatment working condition

Description

Rare subject matter, see photos, the " seconds " hand is loose on the bushing, the seconds hand does NOT rotate, but the clock runs and keeps time. Glass and trim  ring is missing, but those are  available reproduction. I did not open the access doors  for the light bulbs, but the lights do not work, the best that I can see through the back, one socket has no bulb in it, and I believe the other socket has a bulb but that one must be burned out. Selling as is for restoration. No shipping to Alaska  or  Hawaii.
