Vintage / Antique Tricycle. Condition is "Used". 23 1/2 tall at top of handlebars, 13 3/8 wide a rear wheels, 25 1/2 inches long. The rear wheels spin, the seat bounces, the front wheel spins, handlebars do not turn, The majority of the metal is surprisingly solid and in good condition the wheels have several areas that are heavily pitted and rusted through metal along edges.
