Clock face has circular scratches, Laurel and Hardy have an unsightly blotch over them. Cleaned this clock a little, I'm sure it could be cleaned up a little more in some way, but that is no guarantee. Notice also the crack at the bottom. Could not get the clock to light up. Is it a bulb that may need to be changed? I am not sure.
