vintage advertising bottle 7" Gordon's Orange Bitters w/ chained cap

See pictures for best description of this unique advertising bottle.  Label has damage as you can see.  Glass is not broken, cracked or chipped.  I have not tried to remove the lid and has small amount of liquid remaining.  Shape of bottle is very interesting and unusual.  Thanks for viweing.
