Vintage 9" Original Mid Century Neon Spinner Electric Wall Clock

For sale is a really neat 9" Neon Spinner Clock.  The spinner DOES NOT SPIN when plugged in.  The clock lights up, but I need to test it longer to see if it actually keeps time.  I am unsure of the maker on this and felt it might have been park of another larger sign at one point.  Regardless, what a cool retro clock!  Please examine the photos to see exact condition.
