Please review the up close picture of the mirror and mounting bracket.  This rearview mirror is a universal mirror designed to fit multiple brands of skid steers.  The top of the mounting plate is approximately 3/4" above the top of the mirror.  You will need to fasten the mirror to a suitable surface via the two self tapping metal screws.  In some cases, such as cross bars, predrilling a pilot hole is recommended.
