This is for one RP-SMA male to dual RP-SMA female T connector- also referred to as a pigtail or converter. It has one RP-SMA male connector and two RP-SMA female connectors. This is for one unit, the pic shows from different angles. It allows you to use two antennas with one wireless adapter. Use requires a Wi-Fi adapter with an RP-SMA connector. It can be used in other ways too, such as a cable spliiter (note that splitting extension cables will result in added gain loss). Dealing with antenna connector gender can be confusing because it is not always the way it appears. For RP connector types, male connectors have threads on the inside and female connectors have threads on the outside. Because RP stands for "reverse polarity" SMA, so the female connector has a pin inside and the male connector has a hole.
