Read below:
Acquired last week from a superior (mostly Clock and Sign) collection in Virginia, of which I was fortunate to obtain 2 clocks and a couple signs.
Wait till you see the fantastic 21" Round NPI Quaker State NEON Clock I will offer once it's restored... But for now...
This clock is all original and in excellent condition.  It was sitting around not even in use for ages.  It had to be cleaned from unsightly bugs and dust inside; and some slight touching up of paint loss on the backside of the housing.  Once in restoration... all electrical was checked and verified.  the movement was inspected and serviced to have a long life ahead.
Rest assured, everything is still original and authentic, just that I do not like to offer old crudded up items.  But now you don't have to spend the time to present a knockout display piece... because I already have.  Besides servicing the wiring, all I had to do was clean the inside glass & polish the outside glass and put in a new bulbs and cord.
The back had some unsightly doors (see the very last picture)
so they were repainted along with some minor touchup on a couple spots on the can where some rust was forming.
You can see the pictures, and you will know that this is the real deal.
For all you worry worts out there:  This was not a restoration... just a thorough cleaning.
Better than others you may find (of any brand) that sellers merely pass on without doing any clean up or restoration. One more thing... This Clover Dairy face is the hardest of the couple varieties of DB clocks they authorized API to produce.  It is by far the prettiest of them, and these were not reproduced by American Retro.
Again:  This is no repro!  It works perfectly as you can see in the videos and makes a fantastic display. (click on you tube video links below).

This
Clock has been given a complete physical (as described above) so you can enjoy it for many years to come.     Just external wear to the can, as you can see... all else is perfect.  Motor is strong and looks like it doesn't have a lot of use.  Like I said above.... It's been hangin unused for who knows how long... but got pretty dirty before i found it.  Now its perfect.  Nice and quiet too.
