Meet my friends with my new sculptural composition of a girl with a dog. This interior composition pleases our eyes. Every child loves and dreams of a dog. I tried to convey these emotions of love for animals. The girl is made of Japanese paper clay, cloth, mohair hair, a dog made of paper clay, linen cloth, acrylic paints, varnish. Height 10inches. Made entirely by hand in a single copy.. I have a dog.
His name is Fred.
He won't play fetch.
He won't play dead.
He won't shake hands
or sit or stay
or bark or beg
or run and play.
He won't roll over,
shake or crawl.
In fact, he won't
do tricks at all.
When folks ask why
I tell them that's
because my dog
was raised by cats.
