This is for a NEW, old factory stock, quality made
GOULD & GOODRICH of LILLINGTON , NORTH CAROLINA
,  PLAIN BLACK  magazine and handcuff case.
This is a PADDLE TYPE MOUNT
It is the
MODEL 821,
all leather case and because of the way the magazine is turned in the case, it is set up for
LEFT HAND DRAW
Although RIGHT hand draw is certainly possible, but slow speed reloading.
Made for Off or On Police Duty or Security work they combined a handcuff and single magazine case into a combination Paddle model.
Wet molded and compact, they used top grain leather with a hand rubbed finish.  The magazine case has a draw tension adjustment and the hand cuff case is a Quick Release.  Just a firm upward tug and they in your hands, ready for the bad guy's wrist.
This case is made to made for fast on off, with with a narrow paddle.  Use it without a belt, or with one.  A catch in the paddle is designed for a belt up to 1.75" wide to make sure you draw your gear and not the whole case.
the rear os the paddle has checking to keep it in place.
Wear it anyplace on the waist.

The case fits a 1" diameter SURE-FIRE or Steamlight STRION type flashlight.

Made for Double Stack 10mm/45 Magazines.  Just adjust the tension to taste for a firm hold & draw.
Because of the open top, compact to full size magazines will fit.
