    This is a scarce Herman Meinhard emb miniature sample size bitters bottle from the 1880s....

    boldly emb around shoulder and again on bottom....hand blown in mold....hand tooled tapered lip....amber....round with long neck....5 1/4"tall....Excellent condition with no chips or damage. A dug bottle with some light inside haze. Herman Meinhard of New York registered a patent for the word "Orinoco" in 1883. This was probably a  sample Orinoco Bitters bottle..
