A scarce applied lip Chartreuse Damiana Bitters bottle from New York....it has had a lip chip professionally repaired/filled but the bottle displays nice.....
CHARTREUSE DAMIANA BITTERS NEW YORK
bold emb on lower half of sunken front panel....Hand blown in mold, bimal....smooth base....applied tapered collar....amber....rect with 4 sunken panels...9 1/4"tall....It has a 3/4"long x 3/16"lip side filled with epoxy, but very well done with good color match. No other damage. A smooth open surface bubble on lower front corner & a couple small scratches.  Pro cleaned so there is no haze. A nice looking fairy scarce bitters from the 1880s!........
