    Description

    Frankie Carle sings both Star Dust and on the obverse Canadian Capers on this recording produced by Columbia Records in 1947.  Shipped upon cleared payment.
    I have played this record on my own phonograph on both sides of this record and it played with no interruption to a smooth playing experience on my player. The record has a scratchy appearance.  Both sides of the record played smoothly with no skipping.
    The sound is of the ages and has the sound a record may have based on its age and has a bit of the scratchiness recordings had in the day, but also developed with aging. There are definite visible mars to the shellac.
    The label is dark red with gold writing and has a golden ring around the outside of the circle. The insignia above the gold lettered Columbia is a musical note and an old style microphone with the CBS logo written directly above it. The label has definite wear.
